Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about membership, classes, policies, and visiting Fit-N-Wise.

Common Questions
Do classes cost extra?
Group exercise classes are included with your Fit-N-Wise membership at no additional cost. Some specialty classes and personal training sessions may require a separate fee. Contact the front desk for details on specific offerings.
Are guest passes included with memberships?
We do not offer guest passes with memberships. We do have a One-Day Pass available to purchase — see below for pricing.
When are membership fees due?
Monthly membership fees are due on the date of your membership enrollment each month. Annual memberships are billed on the anniversary of your start date. You can manage your billing through the Fit-N-Wise app or at the front desk.
Are there any additional membership fees?
There is a one-time enrollment fee for new members. Certain services like personal training, massage therapy, Pilates Reformer sessions, and specialty classes carry additional fees. Please visit the Membership page or contact us for current pricing.
How much is a One-Day Pass?
One-Day Passes are $15 and expire at closing time on the date of purchase. They're a great way to try Fit-N-Wise before committing to a membership. Stop by the front desk to purchase your pass.
Can children work out?
Yes. Children can participate in age-appropriate programs including swim lessons, youth aquatics, and family-friendly classes. Please contact the front desk for specific age requirements and supervision policies for the fitness floor and group classes.
Does my insurance qualify for a fitness membership / Silver Sneakers?
Fit-N-Wise participates in the Silver Sneakers program, which allows qualifying Medicare members to enjoy a free gym membership. Contact our front desk to verify whether your insurance plan qualifies, or check with your insurance provider directly.
Do all fitness members (including children) need a registered account?
Yes. All members, including children, need a registered account in our system. This ensures proper check-in, class booking, and safety tracking. Children are typically added as sub-accounts under a parent's profile. Contact us at (940) 627-2708 for help setting up family accounts.
What items do you suggest I bring to work out?
We recommend bringing: a water bottle, a combination lock for the locker room, comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes, a small towel, and your membership card or the Fit-N-Wise app for check-in. For pool use, bring a swimsuit, towel, goggles, and swim cap (required in lap lanes).
