Christian has been dancing since the age of 5. Dance has been a
huge part of her training in creating fitness classes. Christian
later became interested in fitness as her family grew and she
noticed a need to teach herself and the people she loved how to eat
and train for a body they felt confident in. Christian spent years
coaching clients online through macronutrient training and
tracking. Christian has published numerous E-books focusing on
training, macronutrient teaching, and recipe guides. She continues
to inspire her dance students, fitness classes, and clients through
her love of dance, eating, and passion for a healthy life.
Christian is a certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise
Instructor, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Youth Fitness
Specialist.
Erika has spent most of her life dancing, and her
training is a large part of her movement and class sequencing. She
incorporates elements of grace and strength into her classes so
students feel as if they are flowing through their own yoga dance.
Erika's strengths are teaching Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Yin,
Pilates, and Barre classes. She is known to include fun music
playlists, creative sequencing, core work, and plenty of anatomical
cueing when she teaches. In addition to her yoga and Pilates
certifications, Erika holds an MFA in Dance from Texas Woman's
University. More info: www.flowwitherika.com

on. I am a motivator that likes to encourage throughout the

I am a certified personal trainer and a licensed massage
therapist. My personal trainer background specializes in individual
and group training, with a focus on high intensity and muscle
building regimens. My massage therapy background ranges from
relaxation to therapeutic-sports massage; with the session
individualized to what the client needs.
My
relationship with exercise has been a journey. I was always the
chubby kid and at my highest weight, I was 500 lbs. In 1998, I
started getting healthy with diet and exercise. After a year, I was
teaching the class I was so nervous to try.
Since then I
have specialized in Aquatic Fitness including seniors, Tabata, deep
core and cardio fitness with fun enthusiasm. I have been AEA
certified for 22 years!
I love the
people that join my classes. I can only hope I inspire someone who
thinks they can't do it because of their weight or
age!
I moved to
Texas to be with the love of my life! I have 4 children, 10
grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 2 furr
babies.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Group X Class Instructor.
I specialize in weight loss, strength training, sports performance
and body building. My passion for helping people transform their
lives comes from my own fitness journey.
Being a former athlete (baseball, football, soccer, bull riding
and martial arts), my whole life I loved being fit but
unfortunately, I lost my passion and became overweight and
unhealthy. After 20 years in Corporate America, I decided to make a
lifestyle change by losing 75 pounds and becoming a personal
trainer. It was the best decision I could have made. Subsequently,
I have helped doctors, nurses, equine surgeons, professional
athletes, stay-at-home moms and kids in sports achieve their goals,
in pursuit of their best self.
I have two ideal clients: 1) someone who knows nothing other
than they need help and a change; 2) someone looking to improve a
current regimen to get over a plateau. My goal is always to make my
clients feel more confident in the gym and the weight room,
regardless of their fitness level!
I am continuing my education in sports nutrition and power
lifting as to more diversify what I can provide clients at all
levels. When I’m not in the gym I love spending time outdoors,
hiking, mountain biking, camping and pickleball. I am a devoted
husband, father, grandfather and member of my community.
Certifications: E-RYT 200, Stand Up Paddleboard
Yoga, Aerial Yoga, BS Criminal Justice
I stumbled into yoga in my 30s as a way to deal with job
related stress and anxiety. The calming benefits of yoga were
almost instant and I was hooked! I enrolled in a 200hr yoga teacher
training program that fall, graduated in 2017 and have been
teaching since 2018. Helping students let go of stress,
relax and find poses they didn't know they were capable of is what
I enjoy most about teaching.
