The GoVert Vertical Leap Training Program is designed to benefit all athletes. The program includes a Jumping Mechanics Assessment provided by a Board Certified Sports Physical Therapist, posterior chain strength program to keep you jumping higher and longer, and core and hip strength and stability training to maximize your vertical and flexibility. All sports are included, with sand volleyball training, aquatic regimen, plyometric boxes and Vertimax Trainer.
