Champion Training is great for young athletes learning how to control and grow their developing joints and muscles in a safe way. The system is geared toward improving each individual and unique athlete through movements that are sport and position specific. This is for athletes of any skill level looking to take it their performance to the next level. Workouts are fitted to each athlete’s ability with a good pace for beginners and can be adapted to challenge elite athletes and directly improve competition performance.
Athletes will learn and improve basic fitness fundamentals. Proper warm-up routines will be emphasized, as well as pre and post stretching. We will utilize agility ladders, ploy pylo boxes, and resistance bands, along with other modalities to enhance quick movement skills.
